Subject: Office Vacancy Tops 20% in St. Johnís
Attachment: 103.pdf (Original file name: 2018 June St John's Press Release.pdf)
Comment:

Year-over-year office vacancy was up for the third straight time this June, creeping above the 20% mark. Average net rental rates fell in response. This is the third year of the province’s three-year assessment cycle: landlords will have the opportunity to seek reductions in their assessed property values – and tax bills – reflective of the weakened economic conditions since the last assessment date.
